Rates and Policies:

• $220 plus cleaning fee, state and local tax per night based on 2 night minimum

• We also offer a weekly rate starting at $1400 plus cleaning fee and state and local tax.

• Cancellations are 100% refundable if made 14 days (30 days for Maple Festival) before arrival, 50% if made 7 days before arrival.
