Try our farm fresh home grown products including lamb, beef, eggs and maple syrup. Our animals are born on the farm and raised in grassy meadows with cool mountain streams. Beef and lamb are available by the whole or half, USDA cuts are also available.
Lambs are born in the spring and grazed until finished (approximately 100 lbs) and harvested in the fall. Orders for lambs need to be placed by Labor Day and price is based on current market value. Lambs are delivered to Alleghany Meats www.alleghanymeats.com for processing.
Beef animals are born and raised on their mothers untill seven months of age and then grazed for one growing season on mountain pastures. Beef animals are grain fed by hand for a minimum of 100 days on the farm prior to harvest. Reservations and a deposit are required for beef quarters, halves or whole animals. Beef will be delivered at finish for harvesting and processing to Alleghany Meats in Monterey.
Eggs are available to Farm House customers and consumers depending on availablity. Maple syrup is produced from trees on the farm and processed by the neighboring Back Creek Farms. A variety of sizes and bottle designs are available. Sugar house tours are available by appointment.

GRASS FINISHED LAMB
Grass finished lambs delivered to Monterey Meats in September. Must be ordered by August 15th. Sold on the hoof by the pound and you pay for processing.
Pricing available in July with payment due before delivery to Monterey Meats.
